| How do I book entertainment for my event? Give us a call with the date, time, and the expected amount of children and we'll put together the right party package for your event. When should I book my party? Try to book 3-4 weeks or more in advance to get your desired entertainment and time slot. What if my party is this week? Call us right away and if we have any openings we would love to do your party. What time should I schedule the entertainment? We strongly recommend you have us arrive a half hour or more after your party starts to make sure all your guests are there or schedule entertainment for the length of your event. If my guests arrive late, will the entertainer(s) stay until every child is painted,etc? Unfortunately, if your guests show up towards the end of the entertainer's scheduled time, they might not receive everything the other children have had. Do I need to send in a deposit? Yes, the non-refundable deposit is $60 for a 1 hour, $75 for a 90 min. party, and $85 for a 2 hour party. We will mail you a confirmation letter and call a few days before your event to confirm. We will refund the deposit if the entertainer has to cancel due to an accident, car failure, severe sickness, or acts of God, or you cancel your event with 2 weeks notice. How long do I have to get my deposit in? We hold your date and time on the calendar for 7 days. If your deposit hasn't been received by then, we will open up the time. If something comes up, just call us and let us know you are still planning to keep your time and we will make arrangements. What if I need to cancel my party or the weather is bad? Please call immediately so our entertainers don't lose out on work. We might be able to figure out an alternate day or time. We will refund deposits if you give us 2 weeks notice. Deposits are non-refundable unless the weather is so severe that driving would be impossible. Where do you travel to? We do children's birthday parties primarily in Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington counties. We will travel to other areas in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey for corporate events. Do I need to supply anything? Your entertainer will bring all their own supplies. All they need from you is a table and two chairs to set up on. How many days a week are entertainers available? 7 days a week and on some holidays. What are your office hours? Mon-Fri 10-6, Sat and Sun closed If you get the voice mail, please leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as possible. We try to return calls and emails within 24 -48 hours. What if I can't find exactly what I'm looking for on your website? Please call because we are always adding new things. Should I tip my entertainer(s)? We like to say "Tips are always appreciated, but never expected." Can you tell me more about your entertainers? Our entertainers are a fun, creative bunch. Some of us are teachers, coaches, artists, musicians-while all of us love what we do and enjoy working with children and families. Most of our business comes from repeat customers and word of mouth. If you have seen one of our entertainers before you can request them for your party. |
